A fruity little number here from Zymurgorium up in Manchester, made using winter raspberries! We know what you’re thinking. “Aren’t raspberries a summer fruit?” Well, not these particular ones. They make for a wonderfully juicy tipple, which should work rather well in a Gin Smash.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
