We’ve found the ultimate gin liqueur to splash into a glass of Prosecco, thanks to Zymurogrium! The folks over at the distillery in Manchester created the Peach Bellini Gin Liqueur by infusing a gin base with white grape extract and real peach juice. Oh, and it looks like they threw some sparkles in there too. Bonus.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
