Tequila Zircón Azul Plata (or “Silver”) is made from select Agave plants grown with family pride in Arandas, Jalisco. Like Zircón’s Gold, this 100% Agave spirit is aged in white oak barrels, filtered and bottled by hand in a clear glass artisan bottle.
Nose Peppery heat on the nose.
Palate: Subtle cooked agave taste and hints of citrusy sweetness.
Finish: Fairly long finish.
