From the prolific BrewDog folks Zealot’s Heart Gin, produced in a triple-bubble still and with juniper at its core (or its heart, if you’re into appropriately tying descriptions of spirits to their names). Alongside said central seed cone, BrewDog have picked out a big ol’ brilliant bundle of botanicals, including all spice, angelica root, coriander, goji berries, grains of paradise, grapefruit peel, lavendar flower, meadowsweet, lemon peel, lime peel, mace, Makrut lime leaves, orris root, thai lemongrass, szechuan peppercorn and sansho peppercorn.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
