Zapatera rums are liquors made from molasses and distilled in column apparatuses. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in American oak (Quercus alba) barrels. Zapatera 1990 Reserva Especial is a vintage spirit, distilled in 1990. It was made from molasses and distilled in a rectification column. Edition coming from a single barrel.
Nose: A delicate aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
