Zapatera rums are liquors made from molasses and distilled in column apparatuses. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in American oak (Quercus alba) barrels. Zapatera 1989 Gran Reserva is the oldest vintage rum in the Zapatera range. Edition coming from a single barrel.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
