Yuu Baal Tobala is a well-balanced mezcal that is full of sweet tones and flavors of lemongrass and herbs. There is a distinguished smell of wild flowers, smoked wood, stone, vanilla, clove, peach and apples. This mezcal is made by mezcalero Isaias Martinez Juan using wild agave Tobala in San Juan del Rio. It is aged 12 months in glass before being bottled for distribution.
Nose: On the smell it details the sweet smell of lemongrass, aromatic herbs and the cooking of a mature plant with an unmatched unforgettable and fresh aroma.
Palate: A distinguished smell of country and earth with wild flowers, smoked wood, stone, vanilla, clove, jazmin, peach and apples.
Finish: Rich and long.
