Made from quadruple distilled Caribbean spirit, oak aged at Yorkshire Dales Distillery. The rum is 100% vapour infused with Yorkshire heather flowers and honey from local hives.
Nose: Strong, young oak spice, demerara sugar and maple syrup, subtle menthol notes melting into a long, velvety chocolate finish.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
