A rather fragrant tipple here joining spirits and tea! The original York Gin has been distilled with Earl Grey tea and also infused with pea flower, giving it a rather appropriate blue-grey hue alongside the fragrant, citrusy flavour profile. The original gin is inspired by York’s history, and this expression is no different, with its name, Grey Lady, a nod to the ghost of the same name said to haunt the city’s Theatre Royal.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
