The team combined a white rum with strawberries, rhubarb, and rose petal to create tipple that’s fruit-forward with a subtle floral whiff and decidedly not subtle pink hue. Serve over ice with a wedge of your favourite citrus.
Nose: Brown sugar, tangy rhubarb sweetness with a helping of fresh berries in the mix, just a waft of florals, pineapple, cinnamon.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
