Yaguara is an organic Brazilian cachaça made by a fifth-generation family owned producer. The branca is rested for eight months to allow the spirits to gain roundness and complexity. This rustic spirit is great in a classic Caipirinha.

Yaguara Branca is classic small batch white cachac¸a. Having taken the heart of the distillation process they rest the liquid in inox for 8 months to breathe. The result is a smooth rustic cachac¸a making it perfect for Brazil’s most famous cocktail the caipirinha.
Nose: Pleasent Aroma.
Palate: Floral, grassy, herbaceous.
Finish: Sweet Finish.
Weber Haus has been traditionally producing sugar cane based spirits, distilling since 1948 in the great Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. We produce our award winning Cachaça from organic handcut estate-grown hillside sugar cane and distill them in small batches using copper alembic stills.
