This baijiu is produced by Fenjiu in China, and released as part of the Xin Li He range. It’s an unaged baijiu, and boasts a flavour profile balancing tangy fruit notes with leafy, savoury elements.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
