Detailed Description
Ximenez-Spinola Battonage Brandy is a type of brandy produced by the Ximenez-Spinola family in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is made with grapes from the Pedro Ximenez and Palomino varieties, which are grown in the family’s vineyards in the region. The brandy is double distilled in copper pot stills and then aged in oak barrels for at least 12 years. The result is a smooth and mellow brandy with notes of vanilla, nuts, and dried fruit.
