This gloriously sleek vodka is produced from a blend of heritage Scottish barley varieties – Maris Otter and Plumage Archer. The two are distilled separately and then blended with precision, to achieve a beautiful balance of subtle flavour and silky texture – a marvellous sipping vodka, and top-notch for cocktails too. It also has a very handsome bottle, which is always a nice thing!
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Gentle wafts of peppery grain and sweet barley waft with a clean minerality, and delicate hints of lemon zest and grist.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
