It’s got some pretty incredible views – in fact, the views were so incredible that they inspired the Silver Circle Distillery to create Wye Valley Gin! This expression features a selection of botanicals from the Wye Valley area, including blackberry leaf, elderflower, linden flowers, mugwort, Scots pine and sweet woodruff, alongside more traditional gin botanicals like juniper, coriander and grapefruit. Richly herbaceous and fragrant, this will make for some incredible autumnal cocktails, we reckon.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
