The Worthy Park Special Barrel Series Cognac 2014 Jamaica Rum is a limited edition release from the Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica. This rum is aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in French Cognac casks for a minimum of 6 months. It has a rich, oaky aroma with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. The taste is complex and well-balanced, with notes of oak, dried fruits, and a subtle sweetness. The finish is smooth and lingering. This rum is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails.
