Wooden Moose has combined all three in this spiced rum, with aged Caribbean rum rested over dark roast coffee, organic cocoa nibs and its very own Chipotle caramel. The folks behind it describe it like a smoky, spicy tiramisu in a glass – we’re thinking it could make a great start for a rum Old Fashioned!
Nose: Roasted coffee bean, a touch creamy, bittersweet cocoa, smoky spices, and buttery caramel.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
