A beautiful Scottish gin created by Wolfcraig Distillers, meaning it was made with input from two whisky legends, Richard Paterson and Ian MacMillan. Wolfcraig is a London dry gin made with the following botanicals: juniper, orange peel, lemon, cassia, raspberry, wild thyme, and Scottish botanicals from the landscapes of Stirling. It’s delightful in both a classic G&T and a Martini.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Fresh juniper, bright citrus

“Norse invaders crept through the cover of a dark wintery night, intent on ambushing a Celtic garrison. The eerie silence was broken by one stumbling Norseman that trod on the paw of a sleeping wolf-cub, who awoke startled, and began to howl. The raucous howling of the wolfpack filled the night’s sky and alerted the garrison to the threat.”
