Detailed Description

Add some extra oomph to your next batch of G&Ts with this release from the folks at Withers Gin, who have upped the ABV of its classic London dry Gin for this bold G Force expression! The extra strength bolsters the bold botanicals which include the likes of heartsease flower, pink grapefruit zest, cassia bark, and cardamom. The distillery donates 10% from each bottle to cancer charities, which is a rather wonderful way to honour the memory of its loved ones.

Withers Gin G Force | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Light and uplifting aromas, with juniper, floral heartsease, cardamom, cassia and zesty citrus.

Palate: Bold and warming with a hearty helping of juniper leading the way, lifted by fresh meadow florals, earthen spice, and a touch of liquorice.

Finish: A light, lingering and floral finish, ​with citrus, cardamom, subtle sweetness and peppery notes.

Distillery Information

Withers Gin is founded by Sarah Withers, and is a family owned business based in The East Midlands. G1 is the first gin from Withers Gin, there are more to come, with recipes and bottle designs queued for the ‘G’ Collection. Our gin recipes are exclusive to Withers Gin and have been developed with guidance from Ed Gibson, formerly Head Distiller at Burleigh’s and Bond Street Distillery. Ed is an exceptional advisor and has been a powerful influencing force in the creation of G1. To date our gin has been distilled by Ed and Sarah at Bond Street Distillery, owned by Sally Faulkner. We are thankful to Sally for her support, the use of her still, fulfilment services and Head Distiller Ed in our first 16 months. Withers Gin is now embarking on its next chapter and spreading its wings, starting with the creation of Withers Gin HQ.
