Distillery: William Hinton
A limited edition rum from William Hinton, which takes a blend of Madeiran agricole rum and ages it for six years. Just one cask maturation wasn’t enough, and those William Hinton folks aged the spirit in Port casks, Madeira casks, bourbon casks, sherry and brandy casks. The different cask influences make for a very complex and rich spirit.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
