Wildjac is much more professional, however, and so made this Jamaican-aged apple spiced rum, perfect for the turning weather and cosy nights in. Make a hot toddy with some cloudy apple juice by a roaring fire and you’re in rummy heaven, my friend.
Nose: Sweet fruits and ginger aroma.
Palate: Green apples complimented by ginger, cardamon, banoffee pie, and a twist of citrus.
Finish: English apples complimented by warming spices, ginger, cinnamon, cardamon, pepper and a twist of citrus on the finish.
