Wihayo Soju comes from The Netherlands, created by long-running Dutch distillers Herman Jansen and author Nathalie Ji Yun. The rice that makes up the core of the spirit is milled in a windmill that dates back to 1785 – Korean and Dutch traditional meeting head-on here! If you can get your hands on it, try Wihayo Soju with some yuzu tonic.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
