Well what do you know, this Brazilian Lime Gin from Whitley Neil is made with… Brazilian limes! As you’ve probably guessed, it’s a super zesty affair. It’s almost like this was made for a Gimlet!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Fruitier than the nose suggests, with notes of apple, pear and white grapes. Still rather grassy, and a little oily at points too.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
