Detailed Description
Made to mark the 125th anniversary of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, The Prince of Darkness Edition from Whitby Gin is a gothic delight. Made using a base of the classic Whitby Gin, this edition was rested in Transylvanian oak casks before being combined with cherry for a delicious, crimson twist. This’ll be fab in a Negroni we reckon.

Distillery Information
We’ve been on a few camping trips in our time, but we’ve never come away from one with a plan for a distillery and a small still. That’s what happened to the founders of Whitby Distillery on a trip to the Outer Hebrides after being inspired by the gin they tried there. Having never distilled anything before, they started from scratch creating spirit in a 40 sq ft utility room in the parents’ house of one of the founders, with a focus on local botanicals such as heather foraged from the North York Moors, as well as sugar kelp and honey from the North Yorkshire coastline.
