Wharf created this artisan ‘Northamptonshire Gin’ using a carefully selected blend of botanicals including lemongrass, elderflower and heather that was distilled in its copper alembic still. The name comes from the Anglo-Saxon ‘Safine’, meaning juniper and ‘drenc’, which translates to drink.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
