Detailed Description
They distil a selection of wines, mostly Pinot Noir, taken from Great Southern and Margaret River regions for their brandy. These are double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, then left to mature for two years.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Lingering finish.
