Detailed Description

This 100% Merlot wine has dark, rich aromas of aged balsamic vinegar, black coffee, damson plum and a touch of cedar. There’s a nice balance between raspberry and strawberry flavors, soft tannins and gentle acidity. This might pair nicely with pork-belly burnt ends.
