Here we have Warner’s Elderflower Gin, infused with elderflowers from the local hedgerows surrounding the distillery. The elderflowers are handpicked and only harvested once a year, with around 300 in each bottle! Other botanicals include cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg and a secret ingredient. This delicately floral gin is practically summer in a glass. Oh and if you think it looks and sounds familiar, Warner’s is the now rebranded Warner Edwards!
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
