A wonderfully crisp botanical vodka produced up in the Welsh Marches for the Wardington’s collection. This expression includes fresh apples and Buddha’s hand citrus, delicately balanced by other botanicals such as oats, coriander, almond, orris, bay leaf, and oak. A wonderful sipper neat and should also make a fabulous base for all manner of cocktails.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
