Wahaka VdM Puebla Espadilla Pechuga Gallina con Mole Mezcal is a special mezcal made from pechuga-style distillation. The pechuga is made using a base of espadilla agave, Gallina chicken, and a mole made with a blend of chilhuacle, mulato, and pasilla chiles. This special mezcal is distilled in traditional clay pots and aged in glass bottles. Enjoy this unique mezcal neat or in a variety of cocktails.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
