Distillery Information

Born on the Mieminger Plateau in Tyrol, the bear initially fed on delicate juniper, roots and herbs, then migrated further to southeast Styria, where he feasted on crisp apples and elderberries, before finally arriving at Wagram in Lower Austria and eating the finest organic wine grapes and spicy saffron to turn to.
