The grapes are picked in the cool of the night from Graham’s highest vineyards to capture that freshness and natural acidity and then, almost uniquely in the region, undergoes a cold fermentation, with this slower process preserving those primary fruit aromas. Both a perfect introduction to Ruby Port while also offering something different for fans.
