It’s not all that common at all to see a Tequila bottled up at 55% ABV, but the folks from Villa Lobos have gone and done just that with Villa Lobos Blanco Distillation Strength. After distillation, the spirit is rested in steel tanks for six months before being bottled at 55%, bolstering the intense agave notes at its heart.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
