This is a 1960s bottling of Vieux Moulin Persico Liqueur, which we believe to be a peach flavoured liqueur produced over 40 years ago by Borra & Grosso. It is not, as we first thought when seeing the word “Persico” on the label, a fish flavoured liqueur.
This bottle was part of a private collection – if you’d like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
