This minimalistic pink bottle is the work of the Victory Distillery in London, and the gin within owes its pink hue to the addition of verjus (basically the juice of unripe grapes) from the Canadian Minus 8 Winery! This particular verjus was produced with icewine grapes, and adds some lovely tart cranberry and plum notes. Pretty unique stuff, and the bottle is sure to add some pizzazz to any drinks cabinet!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
