This is then combined with an organic, bio-dynamic wine along with just a touch of sugar. Enjoy over ice, with tonic, or in a cocktail (perhaps made with their tasty Victory Cold Gin…).
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Lingering finish.
