A family estate for 4 generations, La Colombette is located at the gates of Béziers, facing the Mediterranean Sea. François and his son Vincent Pugibet have largely contributed to the revival of the Languedoc vineyards. For more than thirty years, they have been recognised for the quality of their wines and their innovations. In 1995, the Colombette was awarded the title of Best Chardonnay in the World, then in 2009, after ten years of research on alcohol reduction, La Plume range was rewarded. Today, Vincent Pugibet is totally invested in the creation and development of new resistant grape varieties that allow pesticide-free viticulture.
