Detailed Description
A rich, full-bodied sparkler, Veuve Clicquot’s Demi Sec has a higher dosage than the Yellow Label, and the result is a slightly sweet wine with ripe fruit and hints of brioche. Beautiful!

Distillery Information
Founded in 1772 by Philippe Cliquot from a wealthy banking family, his son François married Barbe Nicole Ponsardin. Sadly she was widowed at just 27 so took over the stewardship of the champagne company, something she proved very good at.
