Using a blend of potato varieties grown in Poland and pure Polish water, Vestal have produced a supremely flavoursome vodka. Vestal greatly value the aromas and flavours from the vodka, and this is clearly evident from the first nosing to the last sip. While it’s excellent to savour neat, as with the other Vestal spirits, this also works as a fantastic base for Martinis.
Nose: Elegant floral notes with ripe red apple skins.
Palate: Lime and kiwi appear first on the palate, shortly followed by mint choc-chip ice cream. Yep. That.
Finish: Quite long with continued vanilla notes.
