Vermont Ice Maple Crème is a premium cream liqueur. It’s crafted by blending Boyden Estate, organic and wood fired maple syrup with apple brandy, made from Vermont-grown apples. To make apple brandy, fermented cider is triple distilled in a Vendome pot still. Fresh cream is also added to the mix. This results in complex apple flavors with an extra smooth character and a pronounced maple angle.
