Verde Momento is a Mezcal made by the artisan producer Mezcal Amores. It is an artisanal mezcal made from a 100% natural fermentation that uses a mix of different woods in the cooking process to obtain a smokier profile – ocote, holm oak, and peppertree – which is an extremely desirable flavour for cocktails.
