From the Sexton family distillery comes a multi-award-winning gin that contains botanicals including almond, angelica, cardamom, cassia, coriander, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, juniper, liquorice, lime, orange, and orris root.

Nose: The nose is a little strong, a bit of heat, some citrus, orange and lemony notes.

Palate: The taste begins quite classic in style.

Finish: Some juniper and a faint touch of spice on the finish.

Distillery Information

Spirit distilling for home consumption has been legal in New Zealand since 1996; one of only a handful of countries world-wide. This has created a sub-culture of distilling “nerds” including John Sexton and his son, Anthony, with the competency to make a world class Gin. John Sexton is a New Zealander, of Niuean descent, born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand.
