The Juliette is handcrafted by the wife-and-husband team of Julie Médeville and Xavier of Gonet-Médeville Champagnes. This grower-producer Champagne is made from hand-harvested, organically grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil, Ambonnay & Bisseuil. This almost tastes like a sparkling Chablis Рfloral and slightly herbaceous with sleek minerality and pearly carbonation.

Each of the Une Femme wines are made in partnership with women in the wine world. Une Femme’s first two wines are “The Juliette”, a grower-producer Champagne made from hand-harvested, organically grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from premier cure and grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil, Amonnay & Bisseuil from Gonet-Medeville, and “The Callie”, a sparkling rose from beloved Napa winemaker Samantha Sheehan at POE Wines. One of the most important things for the Une Femme team is giving back to the community. They have partnered with Dress for Success because of their mission “to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life”.
