These are joined by black pepper, red sweet pepper and pimento in this special version to give it a fiery kick. It makes a particularly lively gin and tonic – the perfect pick-me-up after a long day toiling in the garden.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
