A Junmai Ginjo sake imported from Nara, Japan. Produced at the famed Umenoyado Brewery by the world renowned Toji (Master Brewer) Hiroji Kitaba. Crafted from sake rice polished so only 55% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities for superior taste and quality. With over 200 flavor components and higher amino acids, TYKU Junmai Ginjo Sake is the perfect alternative to white wine. It pairs well with full-flavored seafood, marinated proteins, and over-roasted dishes.
