Tsunematsu Shochu IMO 2045 is a premium, single-distilled shochu from the Tsunematsu distillery located in Miyazaki, Japan. This unique shochu is made from a blend of barley, rice, and kokuto (black sugar), and is then fermented and distilled in small batches. The result is a smooth, mellow spirit with notes of roasted nuts, sweet caramel, and a hint of tropical fruit. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
