Detailed Description

Triple-distilled using their copper pot stills and 16-plate rectification column, they intentionally use only the Hearts of the ‘Hearts’ when making the ‘distiller’s cuts’ for TRUTH. This ensures the highest level of purity while maintaining the exquisite flavour. The spirit is chill-filtered with activated charcoal to give a smooth, full-rounded character. Infused with BC coastal mountain water, the finished spirit is smooth and clean. The perfect base for a classic Martini or a lively cocktail.

Distillery Information

New Liberty Distillery was founded in 2004 by Robert Cassell (formerly with Philadelphia Distilling) in Philadelphia, Pennsylva. Their building once served as a stable, and much of its architecture, including the horse stalls, have been preserved. The building now provides a home to our custom-made still, as well as the rick house where they barrel age their whiskey. In addition to the working distillery, they also feature a beautiful bar and tasting room where you can sample their whiskey and enjoy craft cocktails created by their in-house mixologist Sam. Their Heritage Collection and New Liberty whiskeys, spirits-related gifts, and other locally sourced products can be purchased in their retail space.
