A vibrant little number here from the Trevethan Distillery down in Cornwall, showcasing passion fruit and orange blossom. To create the fruity spirit, a base of the original Cornish gin is infused with whole passion fruits and orange blossom extract before it’s bottled up. If you pair this one with tonic, grab a sprig of fresh mint to garnish.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
