But the Cornish distillery went one step further and actually included locally-grown Norwegian Spruce needles! This takes the notion of a piney gin to a whole new level.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
