Trago Añejo is añejo tequila produced by Trago in Mexico. It is made from a mash bill of 100% blue agave, and aged for 1 year 6 months in bourbon oak casks.
Nose: Nosing finds green pepper-like spiciness and hints of leather, malted milk, rubber pencil eraser, textile-fiber and delicate honey.
Palate: Entry is smooth with semisweet tastes of honey, orange peel, dry soil and vanilla, the midpalate is sweeter, saline and citrusy.
Finish: Finishes sweet, creamy and spicy.
